I am a colorist at heart and although I am very versatile in the hair industry, My sincere focus and passion is geared toward restoring and maintaining the health of natural and chemically treated hair as well as those transitioning. Cancellation Policy
I truly value your time and ask that you respect mine as well. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. You are only allowed to change/modify your appointment one time. Otherwise, you will have to make a new appointment and you forfeit your previous deposit.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled without 48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee, as this time is reserved specifically for you. Please note that rescheduling within this timeframe is considered a cancellation.
Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If the card on file cannot be processed you will not get to make future appointments until balance is satisfied.
No call/no shows will also be charged 100% of the service. After more than one no call/no show, future booking privileges will no longer be available.
